Something broken, something unclear, or something missing — write to us and a human answers. This page says where, what to include, and how long it takes.
Get in touch
Email oscar@getorquesta.com. We answer within one business day, and we read every message ourselves — there is no ticket queue to fall through.
Two addresses go straight to the people who own those topics: privacy@getorquesta.com for data, deletion and GDPR requests, and security@getorquesta.com for vulnerability reports.
What to include
A reply is faster when the first message already has the context. Where it applies:
- The organization and project name, or the URL of the page you were on.
- For a prompt or run that went wrong, its ID or link — the timeline we see is the one you see.
- For the mobile app: the device, the OS version, and the version number at the bottom of Settings.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
Never send us a password, an API key or a token. If a credential leaked into a log you want to share, rotate it first — and note that agent, CLI and embed tokens can be revoked from the dashboard at any time.
Before you write
Some answers are already written down. The documentation covers installing the CLI, connecting a machine, and how prompts, projects and agents fit together. The status page shows whether the platform itself is degraded right now.
Two things account for most reports: an agent that shows as offline is almost always a machine whose CLI stopped or lost its network, and a prompt that never starts is waiting for an agent's next heartbeat rather than stuck.
Account and billing
Billing, plan changes and invoices are handled from the dashboard's billing section, and anything it cannot do we can do by email.
You can delete your Orquesta account, and the data it owns, yourself at getorquesta.com/account/delete — no email to us is required. What deletion removes and how long it takes is described in the privacy policy.
The mobile app
The iOS and Android app is a companion client for an existing Orquesta organization: it reads your projects, prompts, logs and team chat, queues new prompts, and attaches to a running agent session. It cannot create an account or an organization — those are made on the web.
Signing in opens getorquesta.com in the browser to authorize the device. If the app never leaves the waiting state, the browser most likely finished on a different network than the phone; retry with both on the same connection, and write to us if it persists.
