Terms of Service

Orquesta dispatches prompts to AI coding agents running on machines you control, and keeps a log of what each run did. We provide the coordination, storage and audit layer. You provide the machines, the repositories, and the decision to run anything.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Orquesta. You are responsible for everything done under your account and with the tokens it issues. Tokens are credentials: treat them like passwords, and revoke any you no longer recognize from the dashboard.

Organization owners and admins can see the projects, prompts and logs of their organization. Do not put anything into a prompt that you would not want your organization to read.

An Orquesta agent executes commands on the machine you install it on, under the account you run it as, with the permissions you grant it. You decide which repositories it can reach, whether it runs sandboxed, and what it is allowed to do. You are responsible for the results — including any code it writes, any command it runs, and anything it deploys.

Review agent output before you ship it. AI models produce incorrect and insecure code, and nothing in this service changes that.

• Do not use Orquesta to build or operate malware, or to attack systems you do not own or have written permission to test.
• Do not use it to infringe others' intellectual property or privacy.
• Do not attempt to access another organization's data, or to circumvent the access controls, quotas or billing of the service.
• Do not resell access, or run the service on behalf of a third party, without a written agreement with us.
• Follow the terms of any AI provider your prompts are routed to.

You keep everything you bring: your code, your prompts, and the output your agents produce. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service — to store your prompts and logs, display them to your organization, and transmit prompt content to the model provider configured for that project.

We keep ownership of Orquesta itself: the platform, the agent and CLI software, and the documentation. Components we publish under an open-source license are governed by that license.

Paid plans and add-ons are billed in advance through Stripe on the interval shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period. Usage-metered features (model usage under a Batuta add-on) are billed against the organization that owns the entitlement, and may be capped or throttled when a plan's limit is reached. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price increase takes effect on your account.

We aim to keep Orquesta running continuously, but the service is provided as-is, without a uptime guarantee unless you have a separate written agreement with us. We may change, suspend or discontinue features; if a change is materially adverse to a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is being used to harm the service or other users, or that is past due on payment. On termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orquesta is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights you may have where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile, and the courts of Santiago have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and we will email account owners about material changes. Continuing to use Orquesta after a change means you accept it.
